$3.5 Million Settlement in Wrongful Death Trucking Accident Case
A truck driver fell asleep at the wheel after working 48 consecutive hours with only 2 hours sleep. As a result, he drove his truck across the centerline directly into the path of an oncoming vehicle causing the death of an innocent driver. The Plaintiff personal representative filed suit on behalf of the surviving widow. The case settled for $3.5 Million.
