$2.47 Million Dollar Verdict in Motor Vehicle Wrongful Death Case
A driver was driving north on a two-lane highway when another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction crossed the center line resulting in a head on collision. As a result of the collision, the driver was killed. She was twenty-four years old and was survived by her three (3) month old daughter.
