$2.47 Million Dollar Verdict in Motor Vehicle Wrongful Death Case

Colleen Tallent was driving north on a two-lane highway when a vehicle driven by Robert Sullivan coming in the opposite direction crossed the center line resulting in a head on collision. Mr. Sullivan failed to appreciate a curve in the road because he was on cellular phone conversation . As a result of the collision Ms. Tallent was killed. She was twenty-four years old and was survived by her three (3) month old daughter.
